About This Property
Guemes Island Two-bedroom Two bath home facing Bellingham channel with views of the San Juan Islands. View spectacular sunsets from the porch! This fully furnished rental includes electricity, garbage, basic cable, internet with WIFI, lawn care, in unit laundry and once-a-month cleaning maintenance. The property is located on a high bank on the west side of Guemes Island, and there is a cliff on the edge of the front yard, clearly marked with signs. Therefore, the property is not recommended for people with pets and small children. However, we may consider case by case for pets; a separate pet fee would be required in this case. Guemes Island is accessible by a ten-minute ferry ride from Anacortes and is served by the Skagit County Ferry, a passenger and car ferry.
5170 W Shore Rd is a house located in Skagit County and the 98221 ZIP Code.
