This particular house is a luxury four-bedroom townhome, sleeps 10-12 people comfortably, with hand selected furnishings, luxury linens and towels, down comforters with Allergan protectors, plush pillows, custom designed fabrics, hardwoods throughout and carpet on pre-lit stairs to prevent slips and falls. Upon entering the home from the rear French doors using the keyless entry door code given upon arrival, you will see a large, open concept, fully stocked kitchen, dining area with ample seating and living area. With high ceilings, a comfy living space meant for gathering with a large 67 inch TV, game system for the kiddos, a downstairs back porch with rocking chairs, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the cookware you need to prepare the largest of meals, you\'ll feel right at home. There is a dining table that seats 12 people while the kitchen features a bar with plenty of seating overlooking the open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, standard coffee machine, ample glassware, and a rice cooker mixer. Drawers and cabinets are all labeled with items and designated places. The main level front room features a cozy sitting room which includes a futon. This room is elegantly decorated and beckons you to enjoy a drink while basking in the natural light the many windows extend. The bedding for the futon and the sleeper sofa is located in the second floor hallway closet. The large laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with a vacuum, broom, iron, ironing board and laundry hamper, conveniently located on the first floor. A powder room is located on the first floor for your convenience as well. This house boasts four beautifully decorated bedrooms which are dispersed among the second and third floors. The primary suite, located on the second floor, features a king-sized bed with a romantic four poster canopy, a large TV, a private porch with comfortable lounge furniture as well as a master bath and large walk-in closet. The closet is custom designed, complete with rose gold features and sunglass jewelry drawers and butler racks. This bedroom also has it\'s own Keurig coffee maker in the room to enjoy a morning cup of Joe on the private balcony. There is a large bathroom located in the second floor hallway for the two queen-sized bedrooms. The second queen bedroom on this floor features a small desk. The third floor features another bedroom that doubles as an office with a stylish white desk. The bed in this room is a pink upholstered twin-size bed with a trundle bed that rolls out for additional sleepers. This room is perfect for the remote worker who desires a designated office space for the perfect work-life balance. The third floor loft includes a Mr. Rogers theme room. People seem to feel quite at home here in this space, channeling their inner child in this Mr. Rogers room. There is a fold out couch, full-size, in this loft space as well. The bedding for the sleeper sofa is located in the second floor hallway closet. Each house on this property offers on-site private parking for two vehicles. We provide two towel sets per bedroom (more available upon request for a linen rental fee). A starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels provided, as well. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. There is a standard coffee maker in each home and the kitchens are equipped with essentials for cooking and preparing meals. Free WiFi in all houses. In terms of location, our property is in the heart of Virginia Beach and walking distance to the best restaurants, night life and live entertainment. The Sports Center, Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center are walking distance as well. Golf courses, putt putt golf, ice cream stores, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues and other entertainment activities are nearby. Some Important Points: If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. For all short term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels. There are two guaranteed parking spaces per house. Beach equipment and bikes are not included but we do offer concierge rentals. These rentals will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. We also offer baby equipment rentals if you don\'t want to haul the crib/pack n play, stroller, etc. Please consider trip insurance. We are a reseller for the SunTrip Preserver Travel Insurance coverage in case anything happens that results in an unexpected last minute cancellation.
