About This Home
This modern Germantown Farmhouse sits on just over an acre, is located near the Roeliff Jansen kill trout stream and just minutes to Hudson. Built in 1890, the house features high ceilings with exposed beams, antique wood floors, updated kitchen and baths with new glass and tile shower enclosures and a free standing soaking tub. The dining room with direct access to a private deck has views of the Catskills for great Frederic Church sunsets. There is a ground level bedroom, den, or office off the kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, there is a primary bedroom ensuite with balcony, and a guest room. The house is energy efficient and fully green foam insulated. The picture perfect white picket fence and front porch give it a good presentation. It's only a 1/4 mile to the Hudson River. Ten minutes from Hudson, train station and to Bard and Germantown. Come have a look!
