About This Property

I am a current tenet trying to sell this apartment lease! It is for a single bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath unit. The other bedroom is currently occupied by another lease. This property is at The Victor Apartments, ran by Pacific Living Properties! Located down the block from CSU Fresno, this location offers several amazing benefits not limited to the grounds themselves. Its several gated parking lots and walk-in gates offer security and safety to pedestrians and your vehicle alike, and its central location in Fresno makes it close to many vital shopping and grocery options, such as a Walmart Neighborhood Market only 3 miles, and Fashion Fair Mall just under 2 miles down the road. The property includes a gated pool area with a standalone fitness center open to all tenets. I am the current lease owner of a single room in a 2-bedroom apartment. The bathroom is shared between the rooms, the other bedroom is occupied by a young hetero couple under their own lease. Included in the price of rent is my furnished room, with a bedframe with drawer units beneath it, a standup dresser, and a desk and chair. Also in the price of rent is a covered parking space in parking lot barely 50 feet from the apartment entrance. The lease provides highspeed Xfinity internet I rarely encounter problems with. The kitchen contains a fridge, dishwasher, oven with stovetop electric burners. Water, Gas, Electric, and HVAC are ran by PG&E under the other lease owner as they moved in first. The current agreement I have with them is paying 40% of the PG&E bill for the month. Sewage and trash collection is provided by The Victor.
