About This Property

Welcome to this beautiful 2 bed 1 bath unit with laundry, carport and fenced yard. Centrally located with easy access to everything. This unit features newer paint and hardwood floors throughout. Once you enter you will find a spacious living room that opens to a full kitchen and on the other side a remodeled bathroom and 2 good sized rooms...lots of closet space. The yard is fully private and fenced and a perfect place for pets. Laundry is easily accessed through the kitchen and is shared with the smaller 1 bed room apartment in the back of the house (this house is a duplex). Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.Utilities are not included, but will be billed back to tenant based on square footage percentage of the duplex. Extra charge will be applied if you are plugging in an EV.Pet Policy – Maximum of 2 pets allowed after approval, $35/month in pet rent per pet. We use a third party pet/animal policy and screening service. All applicants must complete a pet/animal application whether they have pets/animals or not. No charge if you do not have pets/animals!
