There is a local clubhouse that also contains the only indoor pool in a complex, jacuzzi, saunas, gym, ping pong table, billiards, dog park, and tennis courts available to anyone staying in the community. Additional Fees: Application Fee: $41.00 per person over the age of 21 staying in the home. $300.00 Cleaning Fee Cleaning fees may apply at move out for excessive cleaning; receipts will be provided to tenant. Pet Deposit $300.00 refundable less damages Pet Rent: 1.5% a month of the monthly rent. Utility Caps are based on size of the home: 1x1-$175.00 a month 2x2-$200.00 a month 3x2 or larger-$300-500 a month. 1. The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in Section 38-12-90219 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2. If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant 1099-5 screening report.
