Very nice, spacious and attractive single level upstairs penthouse condominium with high ceilings, washer and dryer, refrigerator and garage with storage too. 2nd bedroom is small and doesn't have a closet, but there is lots of other storage in the property. Private community of condominiums just off Pleasant Valley Road, close to Oxnard College, shopping and a short ways to the beaches and PCH.
