The screened lanai embraces tropical luxury, with a gleaming heated saltwater pool adjustable to your preferred temperature, dining and lounging areas for morning coffees and alfresco meals, and an outdoor dining area perfect for evening cocktails. Free parking is available on premises, with additional free street parking easily accessible. For the luxury heated pool, the heater is set between 78 - 80 degrees from September through April each year. If a guest would like it set higher during their stay, the setting can be adjusted between 81 - 86 degrees for an additional charge of $35 per night. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, this property is close to beaches, shopping, and more. Just 0.4 miles from Fred Howard Park and Howard Park Beach, 1 mile from Sunset Beach, and 2.5 miles from Historic Sponge Docks, where you can catch the Jolley Trolley. Other nearby attractions include Honeymoon Island State Park, Clearwater Beach, and Tampa International Airport. The Pinellas Trail offers a unique, protected greenspace for walking, jogging, skating, and biking. Entry to the property is made easy with a smart lock system, maintaining security while offering flexibility to guests. There is a strict no smoking policy and no shoes in the house. Wet clothes should be kept off the indoor furniture. Enjoy responsibly without parties or events. Quiet hours are between 22:00 - 8:00. The guest must allow the owner or their representative access to the property with reasonable notice during your stay, except in emergencies or if a problem needs sorting out quickly.
