5115 Park Place is a quiet apartment and close to nature. It's near the litter Sugar River trail so it's really good if love nature and a quiet place. Management team members are always friendly and willing to help.

The 5115 Park Place experience is like no other. The time and effort put into everything by the staff is evident in the daily satisfaction and appreciation of calling this complex home.
Clean, modern apartments with nice amenities in a great neighborhood.
Come live here if you want a 50% chance to get the good front office lease agent, a gate that barely ever works, mail that you probably won’t know arrives and have to wait till next day to get it or spend more time than needed to get it, fix your own stuff if you want it done right and a quite place where you won’t be bothered.

We have lived here for 7 months now and have enjoyed it. We love the trail that is right behind the building. We also love the fact that there is a Harris Teether and several restaurants across the road. Also, Chic fil A and additional restaurants within 3 mins driving.

Between Southpark and Park Road shopping. Tons of restaurants and shops. The greenway runs right beside it so you can jump on your bike or go for a walk easily.
Great amenities! We love the pool area and the residents lounge is a great place to host a get together
Apartment amenities are great but the location is the best part!
Nice place overall. Clean and mostly quiet. Nice staff. Pulling out of the complex is challenging, especially if you need to pull out left. The traffic pattern is tough on the section of Park Road. Overall, a good place to live at.
New management company is terrible. They don't listen to the residents, the office refused to accept packages and they are stolen from the mail room. Plus the apartment had an emergency maintenance problem, and they refused to respond.
Very clean apartments with a great staff. Pet friendly and accessible for our very old large dog. He is able to walk the entire premises without having to go up any steps.
Residing at 5115 Park Place has been a complete pleasurable experience. From the Management staff to the location, words can't describe my comfort level and satisfaction. the Quiet hours are one of the best parts along with the trash fairies. signing my lease was one of the best living decision.
An apartment complex that just makes sense. From well designed layouts, quality finishes, and extra safety measures, it did not take long for me to feel right at home.

Moved back in October of 2020 and our experience here has been great! Great front office and reasonable pricing for the area! Love the Montford area and being so close to the other areas of Charlotte (South End, Plaza Midwood, etc). Good mix of residents and no complaints of noise, parking, anything that sticks out! Good amenities and overall a great place! Only Negative is there is some construction happening right in the road but the noise in minimal and as is the traffic. And it will be a greenway connection so its worth it!

I love 5115 Park Place. The staff here are incredibly friendly and responsive to any problems/issues/needs that arise, but there really haven’t been many. I particularly love the layout of the apartments. I looked at other buildings with similar sized 1 bedrooms but I find this one to feel more spacious. One of my favorite aspect about the buildings which I found much better than other buildings is the noise level/sound proofing between units. I hardly ever hear my neighbors above or next to me. I live on the park road side of the building and you honestly can’t hear anything unless you have the door open to the patio. I thought other apartments in South End sounded like they had paper thin walls. Lastly, the area is adorable and there are plenty of places to walk to grab food or drink. Very convenient being across from a Harris Teeter, also!

The property itself is great and the management is always considerate and helpful, but what makes 5115 Park Place above and beyond is the location!! 5115 is located in the heart of everything you could possibly need: restaurants, grocery stores, night life, book stores, boutiques, urgent cares, banks, etc. I will never get over the convenience of this location. I am moving out of state when my lease is up and I already miss how close I am to everything I need and want!

I've lived here a year and a half and I can't imagine moving anywhere else. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Steve (the head of maintenance) is OUTSTANDING. The facilities are beautiful and it has a nice community atmosphere.
