Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained plus $100 per person. Pets are not allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. If any pets are found in/on the property without a previous agreement, the guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you may be billed for additional cleaning time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. No trash or other items may be left on the property. If this rule is not followed, there will be a $25 charge. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
