These one bedroom units are priced at low nightly rates given how they are older, beach bungalow style with some wear and tear. We keep them clean and well-maintained to ensure everything is working efficiently just as we do all of our other rentals. We plan to renovate these units come Winter 2025. In the meantime, we have a new, comfortable mattress and new bedding for you to receive the best of what we can currently control. The bathroom and kitchen windows have been replaced with high quality windows. This rental is located on 18th Street, a handful of steps to the new, 11 acre mixed-use surf park currently in the development stage. Atlantic Park is due to complete summer of 2025. There is a newly paved road and sidewalks installed as of this summer. There are some great coffee shops, breweries and even a new burger spot within a stone\'s throw from your front door. Located in the Arts & Culture ViBe District, just three walking blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this unit is in the heart of all the activity Virginia Beach has to offer. The home is central to stores, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, farmers markets, gyms and is also walking distance to the Convention Center and the new Sports Center. This is a great spot for friends or couples who aim to be out and about as living quarters are tight. Upon entering the home through the blue door labeled A, you will enter a cozy living room with an airy sectional. There is a smart TV in this room equipped with free basic cable. The cozy kitchenette features a fridge, stovetop and oven, microwave, cooking basics, coffee maker and a toaster. What this kitchen lacks in size makes up for in function as it has all that you would need to prepare your meals. The single bedroom in this home is furnished with a queen size bed. The hallway bathroom features a standard size shower along with complimentary shower essentials and a hair dryer for your convenience. Heating and cooling is provided through an efficient window unit. The home comes with free parking for two vehicles. We provide bed linens, two towel sets and a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. IMPORTANT POINTS If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. We do offer rentals for the longer reservations, however the cost for linen rentals increases and we are happy to provide that information. For all short-term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels. Please pay the pet fee if you are traveling with your four-legged family members. The fee is $100. We send you a login for your guest app upon booking confirmation. This app gives you access to information and ways to purchase beach, bike or baby gear rentals should you have an interest in those items for your visit. All rental equipment reserved will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. The baby gear ladies will even meet you at the airport if you need a stroller upon landing!
