Our guests can also enjoy complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler.Every 30 days we provide one cleaning, this is required for stays longer than 30 days.The backyard is a shared space with the main house and mother-in law unit.The guests in the mother-in-law have they own private entrance to the one bedroom and one bathroom with a kitchen with a stove, microwave and fridge.1 mile to GT Bray Recreation Park,1 miles to both Blake Hospital,4 miles to Manatee Memorial Hospital,4 miles to IMG Academy,5 miles to SCF Neel Performing Arts Center5 miles to Centerstone Hospital,6 miles to Holmes Beach,6 miles to Anna Maria Public beach.This home is ideal for traveling medical professionals.The air conditioner unit is in the main living area which is controlled by a remote control.For temperature control in the bedroom leave bedroom door open and switch on the control to allow the air in into the bedroom.The only spaced shared is the backyard with guests in the main house.There is no washer and dryer on property.There are laundromat near by we recommend is called Yo Wash Laundromat. We have made improvements to the property after our first guest and hope you book with us.This comfortable and clean mother-in-law one bedroom is attached to the main house, but has its completely separate entrance with private parking for a small 5th wheel trailer. Private screened patio. Situated on a main street were you can hear regular car traffic. We provide a sound machine.Private place for the budget traveler, medical professionals.The house is located on a road and during the day you can expect to hear cars passing by, at night the traffic slows down. Sound machine or white noise will drown the noise out for noise sensitive guests.This space is the perfect place to refresh and recharge after a hard days work.This home is centrally located near hospitals, parks, restaurants, downtown Bradenton, directly on a transit line, close to Interstate, Bradenton Riverwalk and Historic Fishing village of Cortez.Manatee County offers Plenty of Culture, Music, food & Fun! There is a screen patio area that is your to enjoy but we may need to access the Garage across from it.This is a dog-friendly home with prior notice on a case by case basis and $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog . Dogs must be current on vaccinations and on flea prevention.They must be completely cleaned up after. Must be fully house trained, on a leash at all times, and crated indoors when not home with the pet. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. No pets allowed on the furniture.
