Property Ratings at 510 Main
The halls and property are filthy. I moved from another state and when I saw my apartment I thought I would die. The carpet is crummy, the kitchen counters and floor old and damaged and I had to scrape what I assumed was food off the kitchen cabinets. But remember they have lovely flowers planted outside of the office. Too bad you can't live there.

I have spoke to Chayra and Rose i have to say they were very friendly and professional’s treated me with respect and was very helpful Chayra , was amazing she literally help me with the application. I cant say enough i would recommend to see them if you looking for apartments.. thank you guys for all your help.

The living experience was poor at best, but that's not the real concern. When I moved out they tried to rack up all sorts of fictitious charges including "trash removal" for a microwave that was already in the apartment when I moved in and a new rug to replace to completely spotless one. They tried to bully me, their debt mediator tried to bully me (even after looking at the rug photos he still said "it's easier to just pay it than have this on your credit report"). Don't let them bully you. It was not hard to get it removed from my credit report with the ample amount of proof. The office staff is a nightmare. Stay away.
The managers and staff lie, threaten you and berate you for asking them to do their jobs They do not understand their own lease or their own processes And THEN they evict you when your rent is paid because they don't know what they're doing. Not to mention the mold The disgusting grounds The terrible parking lot The thefts The weed everywhere The crack addicts wandering the parking lot No response to maintence requests
Have been here going on three years. The office staff has always been there to help with our concerns. They always call contact you back in a timely manner. Maintaince is always on call during off hours for emrrgencies It is accessible to surrounding stores.
They did not build this place with insulation. I understand that you may hear some things from a neighbor but you can hear everything. Other apartments I've lived in I couldn't hear my neighbors because there was insulation between the walls. This has been the most expensive and the most not worth your money place I've ever lived. I cannot wait to move out. They do not have proper security anybody that lives the door opened or is coming through the can just walk in without living here. Other apartments have security guards in case of an emergency. The parking is first come first park. For as much as a tenant pays in rent you should have your own parking space. There are so many abandoned cars on this property that their not doing anything about. They put the tow sticker but do not follow-up on towing the car. They just take up spaces. The tenants with animals should have their own building because tenants with dogs and cats are a hassle. Believe it or not you can hear a cat run it sounds like a bowling bowl rolling down the alley. You can hear it jump off things. The dogs barking, running, scratching. I would've thought that if you're going to be pet friendly you should have insulated walls so the tenants with pets are not disturbed by non pet owners. Overall, do not move here not worth it. I've heard of people breaking the lease or living after their first year lease is up.

This the worst place I have ever lived in. The walls are so thin you can hear people conversations, neighbors phone vibrating, the toilet flushing, the speed bumps are broken. It's not what it was when I moved here 1 year ago. They have went up and up an up on the rent and nothing has changed for the tenats. I am ready to move out of here! 510 Main Apartments, Smh. This the dumps !

Unfortunately as with all apartment living, some noise is bound to happen when sharing a wall with your neighbors. As for rent increases the only time this would occur is with an annual lease renewal at which time management evaluates current market rates to provide a fair rental rate for all tenants whether long term or new move-ins.
