Once a beautiful place to rent
Whomever took over this, once quaint beautiful building, must need their eyes examined. This place looks like a magnet for homeless and disgusting desheveled filth. Flambouyant eyesore right smack in the center of the city. Yuk!!!! 'Art" is meant to be aesthetic, folks. This building looks like pathetic nonsense. Trash for certain!!!!!!

Bad management
I am currently a resident of Tower Plaza. I would not recommend this apartment building. There is a major disconnect between the management company and the owner. The building also has electrical issues. I submitted work orders for electrical issues in my apartment. Now 4 months later absolutely nothing has been done to fix the problem. Management also lied and told me I could move into a larger apt when it became available. Well the larger apartment became available 2 weeks after I moved into a 1 bedroom. Since then 4 months ago the management keeps blaming the owner of the building for not allowing me to move. So even though the manager said I could change apartments, once I moved in the story changed. Now management won't even return my calls
