Rent rates are PER room not for the whole unit. We do still have some availability! We are located within walking distance of NAU, CCC and Downtown Flagstaff. We are student housing but house non-students as well. 51 S Maricopa St. Flagstaff AZ 86001 NO PETS - ESA allowed with specific paperwork requirements. In order to secure your spot, the application, cosigner(if requirements are not met), and security deposit will need to be FULLY completed. Leasing will start August 1st. 2024 and will run through May 31st or July 31st, 2025. Current rent price is per room: $830 for 12 month $865 for 10 month This includes ALL utilities and WiFi. A $600 security deposit will be due to hold your room here at Wavertree for your desired move in date. $300.00 is refundable upon completion of lease pending no damages/issues.
