We are still in the process of putting the finishing touches on this house. When you first enter the front door is a large 3 seasons porch. Next is the living room which lead to the dining room which as an additional room off of it for storage or an office. Next is the kitchen which has lots of cabinet space. Basement is not usable, it is a small basement with the water heater and furnace. The average monthly heat and electricity through NWPS as of 5/27/26 is $193. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
