It is located adjacent to the Piedmont Pool and just down the street from Nellies Cave Park. There is a BT stop located on the corner about 50 feet from your front door so it is super convenient to take the bus to class or anywhere else you need to go. You'll save hundreds on a campus parking pass. If you prefer to drive, there is off street parking included so you can leave your car without worrying about getting a ticket of being towed. The house has a large living room/dining room for relaxing. There is a good sized kitchen with a breakfast bar. A washer and dryer are included so you can skip the trips to the laundromat. The large master bedroom has a big closet and attached full bath. There are two other bedrooms that share the second full bathroom in the hallway. - To submit an application go to There is a non-refundable $87 application fee for each applicant 18 years old and over.
