It is filled with cooking equipment and entertainment ware for even the most discriminating chef and host. The brand new Samsung washer and dryer are just steps away in the newly painted garage. Situated on a wide canal, the house is perfect for the boating and/or fishing enthusiast and just minutes away from Bimini Bay, Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico! Bring your boat and utilize the 8000 pound boat lift which is free with the home but does require a $500 security deposit. Also available are two floating docks for Wave Runners or Kayaks. Parking is also ample at the house for your boat trailer and multiple cars. Once back on land, enjoy your own oasis in the expansive backyard.
