As the hub for entertainment and live music in Music City, Downtown Nashville is known for its Honky Tonk bars, artistic museums, and unbeatable atmosphere. Visitors from all over the world come to Downtown to explore Lower Broadway’s live music scene, also known as Honky Tonk Highway. Rowdy bars, delicious restaurants, and free live music shows are the norm. From Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge and Bootleggers Inn to Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, there are quite a few country music names being thrown around town.
North of Broadway, residents and locals alike enjoy admiring the historic buildings, art galleries, and local restaurants. Check out Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, the Nashville Farmers’ Market, and the Tennessee State Museum. South of Broadway, you’ll discover top-notch museums and athletic arenas, such as the Frist Art Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium, and Bridgestone Arena.

Property Ratings at 505
Super attentive concierge service, best location in the city, great views and 10' ceilings.
This was the first time a service call was required - if all are handled as efficiently it would be a major plus for living here.
I was really satisfied. The 505 became my favorite place the best in the world.
I love the community! The staff is amazing and the amenities are to die for.
Nicole is reflective of the excellent service I will receive at 505 and the apartment is everything I want.
The building is beautiful! The leasing professionals are excellent! The entire experience at 505 is one of superior quality and luxury over any other property we have considered in Nashville. It rivals our rental experience and amenities of Manhattan. We are so pleased to have discovered this option in Nashville.
yes
It's a great community, you can tell that everything about the building is new, including the way it's managed. I'm sure it will improve as soon as a routine of regular cleaning in common areas and little more control over the "Alfred guest".
This is a beautiful building with fantastic amenities and very nice apartment homes. A large factor in my recommendation would be Jessie. He is a very friendly, professional, and knowledgable leasing agent, and he did a very good job helping me tour this complex.
My leasing professional was very hypercritical and rude. When we first had the tour, Cadina was pretending to be nice but after we signed the contract she turned to a different person, ignoring our existence completely and refusing to acknowledge knowing us. How can a company possibly hire someone like her? I feel really sick about it.
The Complete living exp. is unlike any other. startihg with Kim, Kevin, Lauren, Candia, and jesse for the move in and anything needed. Then LB and her Concierge staff are always on their game with anything that comes up that one might need help with. Then the valet staff Kato dont know how to spell is name but he is great opening doors manners everything he is the best
The Concierge team LB and her staff are above and beyond anything one could expect. they are always there for you 24/7 to help in anyway possible that alone is enough to make you want to tell all your friends and family
Excellent customer service, the best apartment complex the state of Tennessee has to offer, and the perfect location to live in downtown Nashville.
