Free on-site parking is provided. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties after approval. This apartment is centrally located, offering convenience and comfort within the city. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including on the balcony or patio, and in all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each space has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests are allowed on the premises at any given time. Large gatherings and/or parties are NOT allowed. Packages cannot be accepted at this property, and guests are not allowed to accept mail here or give out this address. Sleepover assumes no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail. Sleepover assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If Sleepover determines that an infestation has been brought into the apartment or onto the premises, Sleepover reserves the right to charge for any and all costs and expenses necessary to address the infestation. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the owner's risk. Sleepover shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. Guests will need to refer to parking instructions for information regarding parking. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Sleepover reserves the right to charge guests for 120 percent of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Sleepover as a result of the damage and/or theft. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation. To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host.
