Horrible landlord

The location is amazing. The landlord is absolutely horrible. There was asbestos and mold in our apartment which I informed her of and she did nothing until is got extremely bad and did not help my family with a place to stay while they gutted our entire kitchen and the foyer. We had to find out through another tenant that it tested positive for asbestos. She did not give one ounce of care for us. Only cared about her building. She also gives no notice when coming and we found her sitting on our couch drinking tea with her friend while workers were there. She tells you how to position your furniture. She's one of the worst landlords. Horrible. She should not be allowed to have renters with the lack of care she gives .
