505 Courtland

We really enjoy living in the apartment. It is a bit far away from Georgia Tech, but the quality of the house, the amenities, and the low cost outweighs that problem. So, I would definitely recommend this for GeorgiaTech students. Though the leasing process was very frustrating, everything has been smooth sailing after that.

505 Cortland is a it’s very nice apartment. The staff is very pleasant. & the location is perfect for me.

Being excited to move into your new apartment just for your fiancé to be covered in flea bites within your first days when you don’t have pets has been extremely disappointing. Seeing fleas on your body and furniture just puts you in a state of fear the second you step into what is supposed to be your new home. Then having to deal with it for a little under month spending your own money to buy different chemical products to fix the issue is extremely frustrating. Overall, I appreciate the setting up pest control to come fix the issue but this shouldn’t be an issue we have to deal with to begin with. Something needs to be done to rectify this.

Great staff. They are always in a professional, festive mood.

People are so disrespectful of the property. Leaving trash everywhere and not picking up after their dogs. We alerted them yesterday morning of a dog clean up that needs to get done in our hallway and it’s been over 24 hours and hasn’t been cleaned up. From the noisy neighbors to this, to broken elevators, one thing after another.

This is hands-down one of the best properties I have ever lived in more than 20 years; and, what really excites me about staying here is the management of our building. The manager and her team are top-notch and my leasing agent, Christina, is second to none. The building and location will definitely attract you. However, it’s the people that will keep you…prepare to be kept.

505 has been great, very nice and convenient storage area.

So much surrounding the apartment, it’s a beautiful building, great staff, mostly young professionals. I love that it’s a non- smoke building, clean hallways etc

The staff at 505 is amazing, from leasing, maintenance, and housekeeping. Home is where the heart is, 505 is definitely an hidden gem in the heart of Atlanta.

The apartment layout is excellent. The living spaces are large and thoughtfully planned. The appliances are of excellent quality and there is lots of cabinets, storage, and counter space.

This is an amazing building and an amazing community to live in. The building is top-notch and first class and the overall service is excellent.

Amazing place to stay. Very clean etc, the residents are nice and welcoming. The staff communication exceeds hospitality at its finest. I feel like I found my forever home for a while at least and I would recommend to stay here.

The experience at 505 Courtland has been great so far. The community is very quiet and everyone is so nice to one another! I look forward to more community events that are being thrown!

I love staying here and the view from my apartment is amazing ! The front desk does a phenomenal job of getting back to you if need of any type of help.

My tour of 505courtland was breathtaking! When searching for a new place to call home, I pondered on this complex. The pictures on the website are spot on however when taking the tour, I could feel the ambiance and concept of HOME! I was able to tour the exact apartment home I applied for. When I walked through the front door, I was immediately sold! Needless to say, I am happily awaiting my November move in date. By the way ask for Michael for your tour. He was very patient and knowledgeable about all the amenities your new home will offer!

So far so good! The apartment & amenities are beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for accessing a lot of great restaurants and attractions in Atlanta.

I really like living here so far! The amenities are the best part and I like the connivence of the location. The staff here is really nice as well and always willing to help out.

So far everything has been great. The people within the community are amazing and the staff goes over and beyond. I love how there is a an app in which you can interact with guest.

It has been great thus far. The staff is nice, cool amenities and the apartments have a beautiful view of the city! Also pretty close to some grocery stores and restaurants which is a plus.

Enjoying my experience thus far and so I have no complaints at this time! I am excited for what’s to come and I cannot wait to officially move in come October!

Soo so very excited to be apart of the 505 Courtland community!!! Day 3 and everything has been seamless! There is a ton of beautiful apartment buildings in Midtown but I’m SO GLAD I chose 505 Courtland! What a great find!

While driving the neighborhood saw the leasing sign and stopped by. Jonathan showed us a few options including the amenities. The next day we started the process and moved in that Friday. We met Zack on Saturday who was helpful and has been throughout the move-in process. Sitting on my sofa looking out three large window plus the balcony window while its raining and thundering. We have been enjoying the complimentary coffee and beer too!

I really like the property. Not much to complain about besides the elevator doors opening twice before closing, and guests having to pay for parking. The floors are also really thin, I can hear the creaking with almost every step. And I can hear my upstairs neighbors steps clearly unfortunately. But the amenities are nice, love the gym, the location is pretty central. And I enjoy the finishes and art around the property.

This is the best place I lived so far. The area the food spots near by plus the dog park is so useful we love it here. Our view over the city is amazing,

My fiancé and I moved in about 3 weeks ago and we absolutely love it here! Everyone is so nice and helpful and the amenities are top notch. So happy we found this community :)

The staff is great. Friendly and very helpful. The building itself however has had a number of issues already, even though it is a brand new building. Staff has been quick to address the issues. The appliances in the apts are on the cheap end, disappointing for a luxury building. The public areas are nice and welcoming.

505 Courtland is a great community! Everyone in the leasing office was extremely helpful and accommodating which made my move in process very easy. I recently moved in and I really enjoy my apartment and all of the well thought amenities in the building.

So far I am loving living here at 505. They have a lot to offer and the amenities are the best part. I also love all the staff here. They are super nice and always willing to help if I have any questions. I look forward to my time living here.

I love the building and the amenities ! The staff are so nice and it seems like a mini community. All around the place is 10s across the board.

This is an amazing property. It is very clean and I think the staff do a very good job in maintaining the property so far. My only concern is that they do not respond to messages that are sent to them. No matter how many messages you send to them through the portal they never respond.

To be honest there were several things the leasing agent either lied about or carelessly told me false information he believed to be true. When I was touring the apartment, I asked the agent a couple of questions first one being do you have to scan a key card to get to your level and his answer was yes, and that turned out to be not true that is only true for the service elevator, which creates a bit of a security issue for me personally, and the entire reason why I moved into this apartment complex in the first place. The second concern is is that the leasing agent told me everything was built out of concrete, and that the sound was non-transferable that you couldn't hear sounds from other units, which could not be any farther from the truth. The person above me is stomping every single day all up until 1 AM. I can't get no sleep, its insane . Overall three stars cause the amenities but I would be lying if I said I felt like I didn't get played

Excellent community and awesome staff. Glad to be apart of a community that is very cultured and passionate about their residents. Brand new apartment with the condo style living. Perfect location, perfect amenities, and perfect place to call your home. Happy to be apart!
