The second bedroom has a large window that looks out in the walkway leading up to the front door as well as a door that take you to your 2 car garage. The rental rate is $1,595 per month and the security deposit is $1,695, plus a $150 pet deposit per approved pets. Dogs ok, must be under 30lbs. Sorry no cats.
