The house is mere steps away from summertime frozen refreshments at Electric Cool-Aid. U street is a 10 minute walk while Logan Circle and Chinatown will take you about 15 minutes by foot. *NEW* for August 2026 move-in: We will be upgrading main and upper floors with Luxury Vinyl Plank Hard Flooring and applying a fresh coat of paint throughout the living space. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both oversized allowing for queen beds with desk/office space and large closets. There's a patio in the front and a private fenced in porch with patio in the rear offering plenty of space for BBQing and flexing that green thumb! On the main floor, bay windows and sky-light let in tons of natural light into the huge living and dining rooms which are great spaces for entertaining. There's also an in-unit full sized washer and dryer. In addition to the 3rd bedroom with closet and window, a large recreation room, and second dining area, the basement offers a quartz counter-top kitchenette complete with another Stainless Steel refrigerator, large sink with garbage disposal, and ample counter and cabinet space with included counter-top Stainless Steel appliances. The basement even has separate front and rear entrances for maximum flexibility! Floor plans/diagrams are attached. Residential parking passes can be obtained from the city and there is plenty of street parking. We're looking for $5,100 / month not including utilities and a 12 month lease. The trendy neighborhood of Shaw is fast becoming one of Washington, DC’s top neighborhoods.
