About This Property
This home is not pet friendly. If you love an old, Craftsman home, this is the one for you! This home has 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths! When you pull into the driveway and make your way to the back parking area and come up to a very large covered back porch. You can enter the home from the porch directly into the large eat in kitchen. It has beautiful cabinetry that has plenty of storage and a corner island for eating breakfast. There is plenty of room for a kitchen table as well. Directly behind the kitchen is the 1st floor laundry room which previously was a butlers pantry. It still has the original cabinets! Moving on to the Dining Room which has the wooden trim around the doors, windows, and baseboards of the older character of this home. There are transoms above the first floor doors and hardwood floors throughout. You will see wood craftmanship from a time when homes were decorated with trim and fancy woodwork. From the Dining Room, you move into the Living Room. Same great woodwork! The front door has a vestibule from it's time period in tile that is gorgeous. Across from the Living Room is an office, complete with built ins. Walking down the long hallway takes you to the 1st of 3 bedrooms on this floor. They are all connecting rooms, but can be used for many other uses than a bedroom. Beyond the 3 bedrooms, you will find the first floor bathroom. On to the second floor where you walk about a beautiful wooden staircase to the 3 additional bedrooms and two more full baths. The 2nd floor has new carpeting throughout. There is a playroom or storage room to the top of the steps. Continue down the hallway to find a bedroom on your right. From there you will find the Primary suite straight ahead. This primary is very large and has it's own bathroom. his and hers closets and plenty of room for a sitting room. Going back through the hallway, on your right is the last bedroom. The full bath is near the stairwell and also has a dressing room right next to it. Could be a great walk in closet also. There is a lot of storage in this home as well as a full basement. The front of this home has a wrap around porch that goes from the side of the home all the way around the front! Lots of spots to enjoy the nature. The basement does take on water at times and should not be used to store valuables. This home is very close to shopping, restaurants, the convention center and 422 to get you to major highways quickly. The garage on the property is not part of this rental lease. The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
