A short five-minute drive brings you to Starbucks, and a variety of local shops and restaurants are within close distance. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in available parking spaces in front of the home. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time.
