This home is live-in ready and features a new kitchen with granite countertops, real wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The open-concept living room includes a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, rangehood, oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen wares, cooking utensils, and a dining counter table. Comfort and essentials include air conditioning and a washer and dryer. Enjoy complimentary bicycles to explore the neighborhood. There are 3-4 parking spots available. Located steps away from restaurants, shopping areas, and parks, this apartment is in a suitable place for bicycle commuting and recreational cycling, with good access to freeways and major arteries. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, we do not allow any lethal weapons on our properties. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Includes a work desk and chair in bedroom 3, and a worktable and chair in bedrooms 1 and 2. [SI]
