About This Property

Open House: We will be having an open house on Tuesday Feb 10th from 4-6pm and Thursday Feb 12th from 5:30-6:30pm. We will start accepting applications 9:00am on Friday Feb 13th. The House: Just about everything in the house has been updated in the last 3 years, however we've kept a few original built-ins to keep the 50's ranch charm. The bathroom has a his/her sink with plenty of storage, shower tub with subway tile. All the bedrooms are good sizes, around 10x11. The main bedroom has a wall to wall closet with tons of storage. Hardwood floors throughout with tile in the bath and kitchen. The open kitchen is a custom build with quartz countertops, small bar and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen, dining room and living room create an amazing open space for entertaining. Behind the kitchen is a pantry room with plenty of storage and laundry room with washer & dryer. Bay windows overlook a quiet street with a built-in bench for extra storage. Wood burning fireplace in the living room completes relaxing open space. The backyard landscaping provides a big relaxing place to hang out.
