The suite includes a kitchenette with tableware basics, basic appliances, and a bathroom with a full-size standing shower. Mini-splits are in both rooms for both cool and heat. The second floor features soaring wood-beam ceilings and herringbone floors, an open layout kitchen/dining design with plentiful cookware and tableware, a dining area that seats 4 with a round table and chairs, a cozy sectional couch with pillows, blankets, a coffee table, and a Smart TV. The third floor includes two sunlight, south-facing bedrooms with queen beds, mirrors, nightstands with lamps, clothing racks and hooks to hang clothes, and a Juliet balcony with a slider in one bedroom. There is one full bath with a shower and tub. A mini-split is in the hallway for cool, and individual wall heaters are in rooms with thermostats. Stackable washer and dryer are at the top of the stairs in the hallway opposite the bedrooms. Located in the heart of Alberta Arts District, this home is in one of Portland’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, bursting with color, culture, and creativity.
