Feel at home in your Vermilion escape, a relaxing 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home designed for fun, comfort, and time together near Lake Erie. This spacious property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering ample indoor and outdoor spaces for creating lasting memories. The home features a remodeled kitchen with quartz counters and island seating, a coffee bar with a drip coffee maker and Keurig option, and essential kitchenware. Enjoy a large family room with a sectional and original N64 gaming system, plus additional entertainment options including TVs, a game console, a ping pong table, a pool table, and board games. For comfort, the home is equipped with heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans. Access to a washer and dryer is provided, along with bed linens, towels, extra pillows, blankets, and stocked bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. A private pool is available from May to September, with pool heating available for an additional $75 per day for the full stay. A year-round hot tub is also available. The fully fenced backyard includes a large deck with a grill and outdoor seating. Four-car driveway parking is available. Crib and pack 'n play are available upon request for an additional fee. Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $125 for a maximum of 2 dogs, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100. No cats are allowed. This home is located in Vermilion, offering a balance of gathering spaces and private rooms for both connection and retreat. Please note that the pool is seasonal and availability may vary depending on weather and maintenance. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside the house; smoking outside is allowed. No parties or unauthorized gatherings are permitted, and violations will result in termination of the reservation without a refund and additional cleaning fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. No underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are allowed.
