About This Property
Enjoy a quiet community with great amenities, conveniently located near shopping, recreation, and major routes to Cranberry Township, Pittsburgh, and Butler. The unit is accessed by one flight of stairs (approximately 20 steps down to ground level) and offers single-level living once inside. It features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, in-unit laundry with washer and dryer provided, a private balcony, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Pets are welcome with a $450 non-refundable pet fee and a $35 monthly pet fee. Breed restrictions apply. The application fee is $60 per person, and all occupants 18 years of age or older must apply. First month’s rent and a security deposit are due prior to move-in. Monthly rent is $1,900, with a $1,900 security deposit.
