Located in Vilano Beach, this home is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and less than a 10-minute drive to Downtown St. Augustine. St. Augustine, the nation’s most historic and charming city, offers old-world charm, flavorful dining, art, culture, and abundant entertainment. Explore attractions like the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum. Top restaurants like Caps and Reef are just a few minutes away. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are strictly enforced; guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of occupants to the correct amount, as additional fees may apply for undeclared guests. Parties and large gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or receptions, are not permitted, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. A security camera is actively recording at the back of the home, and any attempt to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the device may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Furniture, appliances, and decor must not be moved from their original positions, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original set-up. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any property damage caused by themselves or their guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as instructed, and any excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted per stay, provided the dog is up to date on vaccinations, has flea treatment, and is potty trained. No puppies under 1 year are allowed. The dog must be added to the reservation prior to check-in, and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet, and additional charges of $50 per pile will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of in an outside trash bin.
