The living room is wide and open with warm wood-style floors, recessed lighting, and big sliding glass doors that lead to a sizable balcony with leafy views. Morning coffee? Evening wine? A dramatic staring-into-the-trees moment after checking your email? All fully supported. In fact, the balcony is so nice, it inspired me to write a haiku. Please respect the art. Balcony breeze says Cancel your plans, stay home now Honestly, fair point The kitchen keeps things crisp with white cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge ready for your groceries, leftovers, and that Worcestershire sauce you bought for a recipe in 2022.  And then there’s the bonus room. Office, guest space, creative cave, Peloton shrine, podcast studio, secret second living room, emotional support storage room. Choose your own adventure. The sliding panel doors give it a little personality too, because who doesn’t enjoy a condo with a design flourish? The bedrooms are clean, bright, and easy to work with, including one with lovely green views and another that’s ready for whatever furniture arrangement your Pinterest board is currently demanding. The baths bring granite counters, bright mirrors, good storage, and separate shower/tub setups, so everyone can get ready without turning the morning routine into a competitive sport. Plus, in-unit washer and dryer. A small sentence. A huge lifestyle upgrade. The complex also understood the assignment: pool, grilling area, outdoor lounge space, a reservable community room, and tandem parking for two cars. Two cars. In Los Angeles. Please observe a brief moment of silence for how good that is. All in all, #308 is practical, bright, flexible, and just the right amount of fun. A Sherman Oaks condo with space to spread out, a balcony to breathe on, a bonus room to overthink, and amenities that make staying home feel like a pretty solid plan.
