From the sandy Hoffman Beach on Lake Parsippany to the beautiful homes in tree-filled neighborhoods, Parsippany exemplifies New Jersey's "Garden State" slogan. The town's history dates back to the first Dutch colony established in 1611, and several historic locations provide a glimpse into the town's history. One of those locations, the Benjamin Howell Homestead, was built in 1763. Another, the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms, was designed and built by Gustav Stickley -- the only home he built for himself. Parsippany wraps around two large lakes, Lake Parsippany and Boonton Reservoir. It is home to several parks and golf courses, adding to the natural beauty of the town.

Property Ratings at 500 Parq
Brand new building so everything is fresh and new, which is very attractive. The leasing team has been very helpful and the maintenance team has been extremely responsive. Having the attached garage leading directly to my floor is a huge plus factor and the electronic/ self service package retrieval is a wonderful addition. The decor of the lobby is impressive and creates a welcoming yet sophisticated vibe.
Due to work I have moved to numerous places across the U.S. and I have been very impressed with the apartment 500 Parq and the management staff. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. It's a luxury apartment with comfortable feel.
Love everything about 500 parq! the apartment layouts are beautiful, the complex is beautiful, 10/10!

My experience from the start with 500 Parq has been great and welcoming. Every staff I have been in contact with has been helpful and able to tackle any question or need. The living experience is just as amazing. I felt relaxed and comfortable in my new place of living from the very first night.
Outstanding building; high quality apartment, appliances and finishes. Great amenities and the professionals that work here (leasing, concierge, maintenance) have all been fabulous, welcoming, informative and diligent.

I feel such a sense of warmth and safety living here as well as an “Eloise in the Plaza” energy. It’s beautiful like a hotel AND it also feel like home.
I just moved 2 weeks ago to 500 Parq from Texas. Initially the moving was very stresful. Jonathan, Brianna, Raul and Gio were very helpful in making the process smother when arriving at 500 Parq. When I arrived there was a heat wave going through NJ and unfortunate the air conditioner was not working over my unit. They kindly offered me the model unit access and all its commodities for me and my family until the problem with the air conditioner was resolved. The staff has been fantastic and super available to all the requests. About its facility, inially I was nervous about the area being under construction. It is all brand new, quite luxury and I am very happy I made the decision to move to this complex.
