Free street parking, security cameras inside and outside the property (included with rent), electronic front door lock, electronic locks on bedroom door, smart fridge in kitchen, wine refrigerator in kitchen.  There is no smoking, no dogs and cats are welcomed.  The property has quiet hours from 10pm to 5pm unless discussed amongst the tenants.    Rent per Room - $900/month PLUS water, electric (average $200 per month).  The current tenants are willing to split the cost of wifi.  Wifi is not included with rent.    We do require an application; however, we will accept tenants regardless of rental history or credit score.
