The heart of this home is an open-concept sanctuary featuring vaulted ceilings, skylights, and wide-plank white oak floors. The gourmet kitchen boasts custom rift-sawn white oak cabinetry, quartz countertops, and high-end appliances including a Bosch dishwasher and induction cooktop. An eight-person dining table offers lush, green forest views. The layout provides distinct zones for privacy and socializing, including a Primary Suite with soaring ceilings, a private reading nook, and an en-suite bath with sweeping mountain views. The garden level features a walk-out basement with 9-foot ceilings, designed for entertainment with a shuffleboard table and two additional guest rooms. The exterior offers three deck levels, a private walking path winding through pines on a one-acre lot, a porch swing, and a private hot tub for stargazing. A laptop computer is not included. Conveniently located off Highway 285, this home allows you to skip I-70 corridor traffic and is minutes from the best of the Front Range. Staunton State Park, offering phenomenal hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing, is just 5 minutes away. Pine Valley Ranch, with its riverside trails and gold-medal fishing, is 15 minutes away. Explore craft breweries in Conifer or the charm of Bailey’s local shops. Breckenridge is a scenic hour-long drive for alpine festivals and mountain views. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, no loud noise is permitted after 11 pm. Outdoor fires are prohibited. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation will result in a $500 fine in addition to applicable cleaning charges. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will incur charges for a complete clean, replacement of damaged items, HOA fines, and any additional costs to return the home to its previous state. Pets are prohibited in the property at all times; any evidence of pets will result in a $500 fine plus charges for damages or extra cleaning. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay. Guests may not alter the property's appearance or function, move furniture or electronics, or employ third-party contractors. The property may be for sale, and reservations may be subject to cancellation or relocation if sold. Lost keys, keycards, or remotes will incur a $100 charge, and after-hours lock-out service is $50. A $35 handling fee plus packaging and shipping costs apply for returned lost and found items. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, or trash.
