This apartment has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-size futon, and a smart TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided, and access to a fitness center is included. Multiple parking lots offer daily parking at very reasonable prices within a 2 block radius. To enhance your stay, optional services are available for additional fees, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). This apartment couldn't be in a more convenient location, steps to anything. It's one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center and museums, a 5-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's next to TJ Maxx and the circle, with direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 7 am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
