Exposure towards South gives plenty of light from dusk to dawn. Fully furnished with all accessories needed. Nest thermostat - 55" Curved Samsung TV in living room - 32" Samsung TV & ceiling fan in bedroom. Monthly rent includes utilities (gas, electric, water, etc). Move out cleaning fee applies.
