Feel at home in this stylishly luxurious suite at the prestigious Maple Leaf Square Residences, a highly sought-after downtown Toronto address. This beautifully decorated and recently renovated suite is designed for comfortable extended stays. The suite features a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with Samsung & Bosch appliances, including a Nespresso machine with pods provided, a drip coffee maker, toaster, quality cookware, cutlery, servingware, and essential spices. The bedroom offers a queen bed with a Posturepedic mattress, a large organized closet, and floor-to-ceiling windows with balcony access. The living room boasts a 55” Samsung QLED Smart TV with Roku and Chromecast for easy streaming, and floor-to-ceiling windows opening to a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool deck. The bathroom includes a tub/shower, new vanity, raised toilet, and complimentary toiletries. A Blomberg washer/dryer, iron, compact ironing board, and Dyson vacuum are provided for laundry and cleaning needs. Climate control is managed by a Nest thermostat with central heating and A/C. Parking is available by request for one spot in P3. Some building amenities may require advance booking and/or a fee. Located in the heart of Toronto's Entertainment District, this suite is perfectly positioned between the Entertainment District and Harbourfront. It's steps away from Scotiabank Arena, Union Station, the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Billy Bishop Airport, and the Financial District. The building offers direct access to a Longo's grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, a liquor store, and a TD Bank on the ground level. Union Station, the central hub for all public transit including the UP Train to Toronto Pearson Airport, is directly across the street. Billy Bishop City Airport is also within walking distance. Harbourfront is just a few meters away, and the location provides easy access to the PATH, subway, public transit, ferries to Centre Island, and boardwalk attractions. This is an upscale condo in a residential building with strict by-laws. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties or events are permitted. Smoking (including cannabis) and vaping are prohibited, as are open flames, including candles. Guests must not throw cigarette butts off the balcony or leave hazardous items on the balcony. No pets are allowed, and glitter is prohibited. All guests must sign a building agreement and complete mandatory registration with building management before arrival, including providing names and addresses of all registered guests and confirming acceptance of suite rules. Failure to sign and return the contracts will result in cancellation. Vehicle access may be limited on event days due to traffic control/road closures, and permits may be required. Optional cleaning services during longer stays can be arranged every 2 months free of charge, or more frequently for an hourly fee. Guests do not have access to the condo mailbox; packages can be delivered to concierge lockers. Windows must be closed before leaving the unit. The suite has an alarm system; do not tamper with it. Garbage disposal is restricted between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Lost key fobs will incur a $50 charge, and lost garage transponders will incur a $100 charge. Non-compliance may result in cancellation and removal from the property. The dedicated workspace is ideal for mid-term stays and includes a Pottery Barn desk with file drawers, a large BENQ monitor, and an HP printer/scanner. [SI]
