I have been living in the 4Marq for the last year and I have nothing to complain about. The building is close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, the neighbors are quiet and the amenities are great.
Great spot here in Minneapolis. Very clean, and move in was as absolute breeze. Close to trains, busses, and everything downtown. If you work for the city, this is def a great option for you.

One of the best apartments I've ever lived at! I feel so safe here thanks to the 24 hour front desk, I appreciate that they call no matter how many times my guest has been to my place, they are always nice and ready to help. The apartment itself is BEAUTIFUL!! I'll never get tired of the views, and also amazing management staff!! We also have fun monthly activities. I would recommend this place to anyone. Parking was full and had to park across the street, small inconvenience. Coffee is great, but I do wish the rooftop was open later and I know its out of 4marqs control.

I’ve been here for a while now and so far the experience has been amazing. I feel so happy to have a place I can call home. The lounge area on the roof is phenomenal. My favorite thing to do is sit by the fire after a long day of work. I’m extremely excited to show off my new home to my friends and family moving forward. We are new to the area and have enjoyed living at 4Marq. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great, they address our issues within hours of the request. Overall, it’s been a nice experience.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The location is great for any commute from the west suburbs. The 360 view from the roof is the best/only in the city and provides expansive views every season. 4Marq is also one of the few properties to host monthly community events.

This is our second time living here, and we love it. Great management, fantastic maintenance team, overall wonderful living experience. After leaving the state for a bit and realizing the experience here is not common, it was an easy choice for us to come back to 4marq when we moved back.

Very nice place to live so far, love the community. The free coffee in the lobby is always a nice plus, as well as the loads of communal spaces that residents get to use.

Everyone's very nice and the atmosphere is great! The staff is very helpful and considerate and having the metro times up all the time is incredibly helpful. Plus the free coffee is great!

4marq is a wonderful place to live. It is nice and quiet with some good amenities. The apartments are a nice size and the 31st floor rooftop is the best in the city!

No pool. No heated parking. Security is not at the desk at night. Curfew on the rooftop is absurd for adults so pay mortgage like rent. Guest parking is small.

Overall my experience at 4marq is pretty good. Rooftop view is amazing especially at night. They do a good amount of free events for residents which includes game nights, free food & drinks. One downside is that the apt have very little storage space, so if you have a lot of stuff, you'll have to pay for extra storage.
4Marq has been a great place to live so far. Great location and always feels like a safe building to be in. Top floor amenities are all great!
The staff here are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They have always been quick to respond to any concerns or questions I have had, and have gone above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and happy in my home. Overall, I am so happy that I chose to make this apartment my home. It's a great place to live and work.
Staff is professional, maintenance teamm is fast and efficient, the building is always clean, the events that take place are well put together. Overall, it jas been a great experience living here so I renewed my lease.
I love it! Nice, cozy and safe. Everyone here is super nice from neighbors, leading office, and security. I love that they put on different events.
The roof hours being limited makes living here less enjoyable. Management is unwilling to communicate with residents about the roof hours. The roof used to be a fun community space but that has changed drastically with this new lockdown. The only thing that separates this place from any other apartment in the area is the roof, so I would suggest looking elsewhere for an apartment that respects its residents.
Great location and service. We moved to Minneapolis area for a new job. Our friend referred us this apartment, and as expected, it is a big time apartment.
Love living here very welcoming apartments. Love being able to have the dogs here and no complaints about them barking every so often. Would recommend to others

I do love living here but I don’t like the new policy on the rooftop access. Lowers the value of the experience of living here quite significantly.
