Located close to shopping, entertainment, and near the Yacht Club. Every adult at the premises must submit a rental application, and the fee is $50 per person. Tenant is must pay for all utilities. We are pet friendly: for approved pets there is a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent of $30. All of our properties are non-smoking. Offstreet parking.
