This modern 4-bedroom home accommodates 12 people and features a private pool. Located in the Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee FL, this gated community offers guests access to: Fitness center Splash park Lazy river Sports court Lakeside dock where kayak rentals are available for guests The areas best-loved theme parks including Universal and Disney are just a short 20-minute drive. The Space This modern and spacious 4-bedroom vacation townhouse is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends. This beautiful home accommodates 10 people comfortably. We have provided a \"home away from home\" for all of our guests to have the magical Orlando experience. Each of the four bedrooms in this home feature a flat-screen TV. Bedrooms include: Queen bedroom downstairs with a shared full size bathroom for all to use King bedroom upstairs with a private king bathroom Two other bedrooms upstairs each with two full-sized beds The large fully equipped kitchens features granite countertops and full-sized stainless steel appliances. Guests can prepare meals at their rental to avoid the cost of dining out if they choose. Our home also has its own private splash pool. Guest Access Guests have full use and access to all amenities at Storey Lake Resort. Storey Lake Resort has a massive community pool area accessible to all guests. Adventurous travelers can rent kayaks and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Guests also have access to the Storey Lake Resort fitness center and outdoor sports court so they can stay active while away. Other Things to Note Storey Lake Resort has a security gate. Please have your \"welcome packet\" printed or on your phone when you arrive. Security will print you a voucher that you will scan to get back into the resort. Interaction with Guests This home is self-check in. There will be no \"lobby\" or anyone to greet you. Guests receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. As the homes owner, Im in the area and available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues. We can heat the private pool for you upon request for $35 a day and has to be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival. It takes up to 24 to 48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in. This information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email. As our guest you will have full use and access to all amenities at Storey Lake Resort. Storey Lake Resort has a massive community pool area that is out of this world. Enjoy a day at this state of the art pool with built in lazy river and splash park. Feeling adventurous? Rent kayaks and catch the beautiful sunset among the lake and beautiful Florida nature. Worried about being on vacation and getting out of your routine? Worry no more! Storey Lake Resort has an incredible fitness center and even an outdoor sports court so you can stay active while away. Were located close to the areas most popular theme park, as well as many of Orlandos best destinations including Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and all of central Floridas most-loved attractions. If you choose not to dine at home, youll have access to some of the areas best restaurants, including: Bahama Breeze Sabor Brasil Cafe DAntonio A Walmart SuperCenter and a Publix Supermarket are less than a 5-minute drive from the home.
