This property is a end unit townhome with wonderful views of the foothills. You enter into a 2 car garage and have the kitchen and spacious living space on the second floor with a gas burning stove and luxury kitchen appliances. On the third floor is a master bath with a spacious walk in closest and ensuite bathrooms for both rooms. The top floor is small patio to even the evening sunsets. The area is perfect to explore Denver's upcoming neighborhood with eateries and Bars close by. You are only a 15 minute drive into downtown and is easy to get to via Uber or you could take the train close by. You are about a 20 minute WALK to Tennyson street and a 5 minute walk to a park. The neighborhood is very friendly! 2 car parking garage. No smoking allowed or large parties. Pets are allowed, however if any damage occurs security deposit will be kept. Lease duration requested to be a 8-12 month lease. Includes washer and dryer. Required that if there is any damage or issues with the property to notify immediately. For maintenance there is a Yale lock to the front door which will be to the renters discretion to change batteries. To renters discretion to change batteries for fire detectors.
