The spare rooms share a full-size bathroom located in the hall adjacent to the spare rooms. The large master bedroom features a massive ensuite master bathroom with large tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. The master features two large sliding-door closets. The finished basement is set up as an entertainment room complete with theater style recliner seating for 4, a gas fireplace and an elevated bar top behind the theater couch allows for additional seating elevated above the couch so everyone has a great view of the big game or movie! The basement features a full-bath with tub/shower combo. There is a large closet as well as a smaller linen closet in the entertainment room. The entertainment room can be utilized as a 4th bedroom and features a private entrance accessible from the garage. The HOA (dues included in rent) plows and maintains the roads in both summer and winter, but does not include driveway plowing. A large, heavy-duty snowblower is located in the garage in order to clear the driveway, otherwise there are several driveway plowing services in the area available for hire.
