Natural light creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a bright and airy retreat. This space features a queen bed and a full-size pull-out sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, stove top with two burners, and a pantry, providing everything you need during your downtown stay in Austin. Enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom, TV, Bluetooth speaker, hair dryer, closet, two umbrellas, and a luggage rack. Parking is available on the street on a first-come, first-served basis. Rainey Street in downtown Austin, TX, is a unique and captivating enclave. Its distinct charm is evident in the bars that resemble houses, adorned with enchanting string lighting, and a delectable array of dining options. Visitors can savor a sophisticated yet relaxed experience. Local attractions include the Blanton Museum of Art, Zilker Park, Mount Bonnell, and the Bullock Texas State History Museum. There may be some noise during your stay due to nearby construction, which is outside of our property and beyond our control. The maximum number of guests is four, and this is non-negotiable due to fire code. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors, with a minimum smoking fee of $150. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please do not leave any personal items on the balcony. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system.
