About This Property

Located 1/2 mile up Little Cottonwood Canyon right along the quarry trail. This is a basement apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1 car garage and a kitchen. Lets start with the cons: -We have two toddlers. When we built the house we insulated this apartment but some noise still comes through. Its reasonable and not too bad but if you are really sensitive to sound, this is not the place for you. -4x4 is absolutely required. We are located on a private road that gets lots of snow and you will be getting stuck if you don't have it. You wont enjoy pulling in if you aren't confident driving in the snow. -Rent is 1400 a month, and that includes utilities. We have great internet, (around 200 mbps) -Space is ideal for 1 -2 people. -No pets. We live in a watershed and can't legally have pets up here. -No smoking or anything illegal. Now the pros -Location doesn't get better. Epic for ski days and beautiful all year round. Located right on the quarry trail so summer walks or bike rides are right out the door. -One car garage is awesome for storage and covered parking. -Clean, updated and nice.
