One dog is allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. No cats are permitted. Located in New Kingston between Roxbury and Margaretville, this home is close to hiking trails, swimming holes, and farmers markets. Enjoy easy access to shops, dining, and seasonal Catskills attractions. A vehicle is needed to enjoy the countryside, as Uber or cab service is limited in the area. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. Day visitors require prior approval. No smoking is permitted indoors. Rural, mountainous roads can be unpredictable during winter travel (October–April), and AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles with all-weather tires are recommended.
