Welcome to this waterfront corner suite on Clearwater Beach, where you can feel at home in this studio suite (250 sqft). This beautifully designed suite features a queen Murphy bed (set-up prior to arrival) and a futon that sleeps one. The suite includes a stove with oven, a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, and an ice maker. Enjoy the Smart TV and beach gear available for guest use. Enjoy free parking and laundry facilities available on-site. Located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, this suite is perfectly situated just two blocks from the beach, with a view of the channel. Cafes, restaurants, and bars are right outside the resort, making everything walkable. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible until the end of 2025. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. No parties are allowed at any time. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
