Free parking and Wi-Fi are included for your convenience. This centrally located boutique hotel is just two blocks from the sandy beach and offers an uninterrupted view of dolphins and boats. The resort features a private fishing dock and a tropical courtyard, with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door. There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM until the end of the year 2025. Pinellas County is undertaking a beach nourishment project, which may cause temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, there will be a $250 penalty. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes.
