Cafes, restaurants, and bars are conveniently located nearby. The suite features an open layout providing ample space, with a full murphy bed set up prior to your arrival. Enjoy the cozy sitting area with a sofa, pillows, blankets, and a ROKU TV for entertainment. The kitchen includes a hot top for cooking, a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a coffee maker, and a microwave. A dining table for two is also available. The bathroom offers a walk-in tiled shower, a toilet, and a fish bowl sink with spa soap included. Guests have access to the entire resort, including free parking with a parking pass required on the dashboard. On-site laundry is available for your convenience. Nestled in a beachside neighborhood, this suite offers easy access to bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The vibrant surroundings mean you won't need a car to explore the local attractions. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction, which may result in some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. A digital rental agreement must be signed, and an ID must be provided to complete your booking. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and no parties are allowed at any time. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the suite, with a $250 penalty for violations. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services on the ROKU TV. The resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. A/C should be set to 'AUTO' mode and not lower than 71°F to prevent system issues.
