Located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, this beautifully designed suite is perfectly situated with the beach just 2 blocks away and a view of the channel at the bottom of your steps. This 250 sqft suite offers an open layout with a full murphy bed set-up prior to arrival, pillows, sheets, and sunlight from the views. The suite includes a hot top for cooking (no full oven), a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, and a dining table for 2. Relax on the cozy sofa with pillows and blankets and enjoy a ROKU TV (guest must log in to their own channels). The bathroom features a walk-in, tiled shower, a toilet, and a fish bowl sink, with spa soap included. Beach gear is available for guest use. Free parking is available on-site. Cafes, restaurants, and bars are right outside the resort in this beachside neighborhood. Everything is walkable, so you don't even need a car. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until the end of the year 2025. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
